Directions : 1 Step: Mix together and put into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350F for 15 min. Cool completely. 2.Step: Beat cream cheese with sugar and milk. Add vanilla, mix well. Fold inpineapple by hand. Spread mixture over cooled crust. 3.Step: Mix coconut and butter. Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese layer. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate before cutting and serving.
