Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Put a heavy baking tray in the oven to get hot. (They both need to be really hot before cooking the pizza.)
Put the sausage in a dry frying pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until no longer pink, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon. Drain off any excess fat from the pan. Stir the Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper.
Place the dough on a floured surface and roll it out as thin as you can about 10-12 inch (25-30 cm) in diameter. Brush the hot baking tray with oil, sprinkle with semolina, and carefully place the dough on top.
Cover the pizza with tomato and bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and spoon the sausage mixture over the top. Bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
Get the children involved in the pizza making. Or, if that sounds too messy, ask them to choose their toppings and arrange them on the pizza bases before the pizzas are cooked. See (article) recipe: How to make Pizza Dough
