Ingredients : 2 serves fish fillets 6 slices prosciutto 1 tsp thyme leaves, finely chopped 2 tbs oil Salt and pepper Slice of lemon to serve
Directions : Sprinkle fish with thyme leaves, salt and pepper and then wrap each fish fillet with 3 slices of prosciutto. Place a frying pan on high heat along with oil. Cook fish for 3-4 minutes each side or until each side has become lightly golden. Serve with a slice of lemon to drizzle over top.
