Prosciutto Wrapped Fish in Bacon

Prosciutto Wrapped Fish in Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 serves fish fillets
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs oil
  • salt and pepper
  • slice of lemon to serve

Directions

  1. Sprinkle fish with thyme leaves, salt and pepper and then wrap each fish fillet with 3 slices of prosciutto.
  2. Place a frying pan on high heat along with oil. Cook fish for 3-4 minutes each side or until each side has become lightly golden. Serve with a slice of lemon to drizzle over top.
