Raffaello Coconut Balls Recipe ( For 30 Raffaello Balls )
Ingredients : ¼ cup (50 g) butter or margarine ⅔ cup (100 g) icing (powder) sugar 2 cup (150 g) dried shredded coconut Juice and lemon pell from one lemon
Directions : 1. Combine the lemon juice , lemon pell whit butter and powder sugar. Mix it well whit hand mixer till is smoth. Then add 100 g shredded cocount and stir them. Mix it. 2. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool. Roll 1 inch balls with your palms, placing an almond in the center of each ball, and then roll the balls in leftover shredded coconut.
