Raffaello Coconut Balls Recipe

Raffaello Coconut Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 14 cup (50 g) butter or margarine
  • 23 cup (100 g) icing (powder) sugar
  • 2 cup (150 g) dried shredded coconut
  • juice and lemon peel from one lemon

Directions

  1. Combine the lemon juice , lemon peel with butter and powder sugar. Mix it well with hand mixer till is smooth. Then add 100 g shredded coconut and stir them. Mix it.
  2. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool. Roll 1 inch balls with your palms, placing an almond in the center of each ball, and then roll the balls in leftover shredded coconut.
