Sesame Turkey and Polenta

Ingredients

  • 2 turkey breasts, thickly sliced
  • 200 g Sesame seeds
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 500 g polenta, thickly sliced
  • 125 ml sweet chilli sauce

Directions

  1. Dip turkey slices into beaten egg and coat with sesame seeds.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non stick sauce pan and fry turkey pieces and polenta until golden.
  3. Serve with sweet chilli sauce. Great for serving as finger food!
